Dairy products, yes or no?

Some say that we must avoid them completely while others promote the regular consumption even with all their fat. So, what should we do? Should we forget about dairy in our diets? Should we chose only low-fats or should we consume the whole products?

If you follow the FDA diet recommendations, it is very simple. Dairy must be in your diet. Though, they recommend the low-fat and low saturated and low processed versions.

Nevertheless, lot of people who are worried about their health, frequently question the FDA, starting then two different positions: the people who think that milk is only for calfs, and the ones that believe that we should consume dairy with all the fat, even better, raw dairy products.

Dairy products are high in nutrition quality; they contain proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals, all of which bring lots of benefits to our health.

There are lots of theories around our diet, regarding milk there are even studies from universities such as Harvard, so, our recommendation would be that you should search for an individualized orientation, from a professional, as each of our bodies and organisms are different. Then we can decide if we include dairies in our diets or not.
