The diet factors have a big influence in people’s fertility. Having good habits and controlling what we eat is key to have an optimal fertility and increase, as consequence, the success rate for a pregnancy, being naturally or with the help of assisted reproduction.
Studies reveal that, 20% of women do not control or take care of their weight, worsening their fertility, causing that, 1 out of 5 women who won’t get pregnant will therefore never succeed.
Balanced and healthy diet
it is important to remember that we should avoid any excess consumption of food with high quantities of carbs, refined sugar and saturated fats such as sodas, sweets, pork, etc. Also, we should avoid the consumption of caffeine, alcohol and tobacco. Instead, we should have a balanced diet with the necessary nutriments that will increase our fertility.
